I am a women’s health and fitness coach - focusing on online training and nutrition for busy women of all abilities. Through the mindset coaching Erin has provided, our clients have improved their mindsets and outlook on life to help them get better results. The workshops that Erin has offered have provided them with tools and skills about confidence, journaling and managing emotions. Having a strong mindset is foundational to getting the physical results.
