With over 14 years of experience of working 1-1 and in offering group coaching for young people,
I know how overwhelming it can feel when you are dealing with exam stress, trying to figure the next next steps you want to take in life or navigating all the big emotions that life throws at you.

Within my role as a family support worker over the last 9 years, I’ve have supported children and families through some of the most pivotal moments in their lives.

From helping children reintegrate into school after prolonged absences, to supporting their mental health journeys, building confidence, and managing low-level anxiety. I’ve witnessed firsthand the pressures that many young people face today.

I believe that it is not just about school or grades. It’s about how they see themselves, how they cope with emotions, how they handle setbacks, and how they find their voice in a world that often feels very overwhelming.

Through the bespoke mindset coaching in which I offer, I support young people to understand their emotions, and how to embrace them, how to navigate challenges with resilience, and build a toolkit they can carry with them into adulthood.
Because when I know when we invest in young people now, we’re shaping their futures so they feel more confident, self-aware, emotionally regulated who are better prepared for life’s ups and downs.

My goal with the coaching in which I offer is not just short-term quick support, its about ensuring that young people feel empowered and confident long term.
Which is why I am so passionate about making this kind of coaching accessible, relatable, and powerful for every young person who needs it.
